ELDERLY INVESTORS NOT GETTING STATEMENTS OR SERVICE

My parents invested some funds with Stanlib during January, and have asked Standard Bank to send statements, without ANY success. They are old people, and just want a statement to show funds invested, returns earned ect! NO help is being given - totally unacceptable.
