E filing starts on Monday and I don’t even have a tax certificate yet

E filing season is around the corner and I still haven’t received my tax certificate. Please can someone send this to me ASAP - it’s not a complex request that will take up a lot of anyone’s time. Your website sadly still requires work. When I tried to download my certificate I get told there’s no data - blows my mind
