Dissapointing
I am extremely disappointed at how STANLIB has handled my complaint. Whenever I request an update on what resolution has been reached, I am not provided with a definite response. It is always "the matter is still under review". This has been the case since May 2020. This is beyond frustrating. Even as I send follow-up emails lately, there is no response.
