DISGUSTED

Why is it that I constantly have to complain on social media to get someone to call me! You never answer when I call and you never respond to any of my emails. I want a complaint raised and I want somebody to call me so I can get some assistance before I decide to take this further with the ombudsman. You quick to take my money but can't even return a call when I request to speak to you. Absolutely disgusting. I'm awaiting your call.
