DISAPPOINTED STANLIB CLIENT

I have been a Stanlib client for decades. At this stage I am NOT a happy client of Stanlib ! My daughter also has a Stanlib account which I have been contributing a monthly amount to since she was born. Its finally time to use this money to buy her a car. I made the fatal mistake of withdrawing the money on the day she turned 18. Oh my word ! this was all too much for Stanlib to handle. Obviously my withdrawal request was REJECTED. They didn't say why. A few days later I received a call from Stanlib, after hours, to say that my daughter is now 18 and her account needs to be Fica approved. I sent all the necessary documents to Stanlib and waited..... I kept getting REJECTED messages. Over the past three days I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE at Stanlib to inquire what the problem was. Well, I held on for 15 minutes at a time after trying umpteen times to get hold of someone. "We apprectiate your call, there is a high call volume". Bull **** ! Finally I got through today (Friday 19th) early in the morning. Was asked to hold on for long period of times. Eventually the Stanlib consultant told me that I have to reapply for the withdrawal, from the beginning as Stanlib cannot deposit the money into my account! Now we cannot get my daughter her car as we have to start from the beginning....INSTEAD of explaining this all to me, right from the start !!! STANLIB, you are useless ! not client friendly, not efficient, not clued up and very disappointing !!!!! I am going elsewhere !!!
