DECEASED ESTATE - STANLIB PAYMENTS

Our experience with Stanlib in administering a deceased estate has been deeply disappointing. The heirs are facing significant prejudice due to ongoing delays, inefficiencies, and a failure to adhere to their own stated timeframes.

Despite multiple follow-ups and resubmissions, Stanlib repeatedly claims not to have received the necessary documents, causing unnecessary setbacks in finalizing the estate. This lack of accountability has resulted in delays, with little to no urgency displayed in resolving the matter.

Furthermore, Stanlib does not abide by their own time commitments, making it exceedingly difficult to obtain progress updates or ensure the timely distribution of assets to the rightful heirs. The lack of effective communication and professional service in such a sensitive matter is entirely unacceptable.

We strongly urge Stanlib to review and improve their estate administration processes to prevent further hardship for grieving families.
