<p>Judging by the previous comments, I am not the only customer experiencing issues trying to contact Stanlib's Customer Care line. Emails go unanswered too.</p>

Please understand that the present switchboard and call centre overload is a temporary issue and we are working steadily to bring our service levels back to the normal high quality you have come to expect from STANLIB.
