Continually Frustrating the process. 3 weeks to achieve nothing

I have battled and suffered for more than 3 weeks to get anything done. I have 3 different call in reference numbers logging complaints. Endless emails. Stan the bot is a waste of time. Requesting call backs is a waste of time. There is no sense of urgency with these people.

NOW I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT THE INVESTMENT HOLDER WHO IS 14 YEARS OLD MUST VERIFY BANKING DETAILS!! I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR AN HOUR TODAY AGAIN WITH SIBU TO SORT THIS STUFF OUT!! YOU HAVE ALL THE DETAILS AND PAPERWORK AND EVERYTHING ****EN THING YOU NEED TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. WHAT THE HELL MORE DO YOU NEED
