Can't access a person to render urgent assistance
I've been on the phone to Stanlib and a voice prompt says that they call centre is closed and that I should use web based assistance. I tried to change my login details, but the OTP is sent to an old mobile number. In these circumstances I cant do a thing. URGENT. URGENT. URGENT.

27 Aug 2020, 13:22What more do I need to do to get assistance? I am under severe stress mourning 17 loved ones right now. I'm not computer literate. I cannot log into my account because you still have an old mobile number. I'm in isolation. I completed and returned forms yesterday. I repeatedly ask for someone to call me on *** for assistance, as I cannot make sense of long written instructions, but my pleas as ignored. I'm at my wits end. Is there anybody with a modicum of compassion that can help me, PLEASE???????????????
