CALL CENTER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE USELESS IDIOTS!!!!!!
Your Call Center and customer service is NON EXISTING!!!!!!! Answer your ****ing phones. If I go online it instructed me to phone the call center now 4 hours later still no one answering.

I have changed my details online etc. Went through the withdrawal process filled in forms etc.
Now it's been 3 days and still no money reflecting in my "verified" bank account.
Can anyone from Stanlib tell me how long this would take?

Finally someone called me back. Thank you for that.
