Bad service

Amazingly Stanlib will send me a SMS of my account balances on the strength of my ID number, but will not amend a spelling mistake (which they made) in order for me to get a tax Certificate. The error in my e-mail address is in my surname, which they could compare to the name of my account, my ID document or proof of residence (both of which they have on file).
