Bad service
Stanlib is full of *****. I sent my late mom's documents through and was told payment will be made in 7 to 14 days. I called again just to check how far the process is and the advisor told me the same thing and that I didn't give the amount of which I did on the repurchase form. How do these guys operate? What is 7 to 14 working days for them. They are so ***********
