Bad customers service

Why is it so hard to get your money?. I did submit a claim on Friday; i do understand that it was a weeweekend but today is Wednesday, i only receiving these stupid sms's, saying that the consultant will contact me with regards outstanding documents.

Please someone must do the job. I don't have time to waste.
