Avoid Stanlib like the plague

Stanlib must be the most useless financial institution when it comes to making contact with them. Then do not answer their calls and notwithstanding their "promise" of responding to e-mail enquiries within 24 hours simply ignore your enquiries. I would not personally invest with a company that are clearly unwilling to service their customers.
