Apparent financial trouble
My recent engagement with stanlib begs the question as to whether they are in financial distress. It has been more than 3 days and they still haven't paid out from my money market account. Countless calls and emails are also falling on death ears and I am being ignored completely. Think twice before using them for your investments.

Our team did assist and ensure payment was made today. As was pointed out, your withdrawal request reached us after the cut-off time on 8 December 2015. The monthly expense run, detailed in our forms happens over this time period and all other transactions are suspended.
What we apologise for is the misleading SMS sent to you notifying you that we have received your instruction. For this time-slot in the month, we realise that it should remind our LISP investors that the expense run will delay transaction requests by 2/3 days. We intend to address this early next year to remind our investors of these scheduled delays.
Please note we do detail these dates (expense run and annuity run) on a schedule on our website (www.stanlib.com). This is to allow our investors to plan for the year.
