Appalling service from STANLIB

I wish I could give Stanlib NO stars. That's how bad this service is. The inefficient and disappointing service we have received in the past 2 weeks is quite appalling. No phone calls are answered and all correspondence has to be via email. OUR BROKER CANNOT EVEN GET HOLD OF ANYONE! When you do eventually get a reply on an email, sometimes only a day later, you get contradictory information from whoever is replying to that general email inbox. I don't actually think they actually know or care what is going on and as you can only email and don't care to check the facts before they reply to you. They hide behind their computer screens and take no responsibility. Absolutely appalling service!
