Appalling customer service, lacking follow up nor providing feedback
I had logged a call with StanLib regarding pathetic and appalling customer service, lacking providing feedback and following up with clients, back in mid June 2019. To date, almost 2 months later, there is still ZERO resolution to my issue. Meanwhile the investment is with the company!
