All my funds are invested with Stanlib

All my funds are invested with Stanlib. I made application a while back for a withdrawal from my unit trust account. All forms were completed. I received an sms that they were processing the withdrawal and to this date I have received nothing. My financial adviser has tried. I have sent the CEO two emails today. To no avail. I am disabled and unemployed. I am desperate. I am not sleeping because of this. I have financial commitments to pay. How must I do that without money.
