Absolutely pathetic!!!!

If I could give this place a minus review I would have! I have been on hold for the better part of my 2 hours on the phone with stanlib, the rest of the time I have been transferred from department to department, where 2 people transferred me without even giving me a chance to speak.

Eventually, after 2 hours has passed, a lady told me that they can't find my portfolio on their system.

Absolutely pathetic!! So you have more than enough time for me and know exactly where my portfolio is and who I am, etc. when you want my money, but when I want to make a withdrawal from my own investment you have no clue what investment it is, who I am, or where my portfolio is.

DO NOT invest with stanlib, this is what happens when you want to withdraw from your account/ investment.
