Absolutely NO after sales support from STANLIB

The customer service levels from Stanlib is absolutely atrocious. Stanlib NEVER returns any calls, Stanlib do not answer any emails. The Stanlib financial advisor says he sent the queries to head office but up to now, no response. At this stage the only thing I want to know is how the REIST value was calculated for the 2017/8 financial year as well as the capital gains tax which should take any qualified person within Stanlib less than 5 minutes to do. It has been months trying to get this info from Stanlib with no avail, any investor thinking about putting their money in Stanlib should really think twice as the after sales service is non-existent.
