Absolutely clueless company.
I called to get a statement and each staff member advises me gleefully that I have to call someone else or another option. It goes on and on. After getting messed around continuously and speaking to a Shandi I request to be put through to Patience the apparent head of the call center for Unit Trusts. Then I asked to be transferred to the CEOs office because if the staff members are clueless then they need to step up.

Guess what no answer there. No wonder the place is in a shambles.

25 Feb 2016, 17:31Hello Connor1970,
Please accept our sincere apologies for not understanding the issue at first point of contact and not providing you with a solution there and then.
Asief has assisted you and Lerato sent you the statements you were requesting within an hour of you sending us the details of your investors, after establishing that you had a practical right to receive the valuations.
Please understand that our original issue was that you were not the financial planner on our investors' records and our first duty is to protect our investors. We do understand, however, that you have been nominated by our investors to facilitate the transfer of their investment to another LISP. In order to accomplish this properly, you would have to be able to check the values transferred by noting the final units available on the STANLIB statement.
We will endeavour to listen more thoroughly and most certainly we will assist in maintaining our investors' freedom of choice to transfer according to their specific needs.
Warm regards
