20 Emails over SIX weeks and only one automated reply

Evening I have been attempting to invest in my Tax Free Savings Account I have with Stanlib. I am directed to do it online but it is always unsuccessful. I have been trying to get in touch with Stanlib through almost every avenue possible but to no avail. Of the 15-20 communications I have made over almost 6 weeks I have had ONE auto reply and no followup of any sorts I have even started contacting ANY Stanlib email address I can get hold of BUT still no reply I have now lost 6 weeks of interest on the money that has been sitting in my current account waiting to be transferred into the savings account. I appreciate that all these banking sort of people would laugh at the interest as a joke BUT it isn't to me Please, Can anyone help, suggest an alternative route, anything SP
