Non functional EasyVAF/NATIS department

To call this entity a functional organization is a stretch.

Trying to get a RC1 duplicate certificate reissued has sent me down the usual call center voice prompt, useless representatives, asinine identity checks, all resulting in the all to fami**** out come. ZERO!!!!!

I have paid money, sent POP's, sent documents, and provided callback times, all to be met with non-responsiveness, and no callbacks. I have escalated several times, and are met with the same unwillingness or inability to help. I have tried to present physically, and I am denied access and resolution.

I am accruing financial costs and they are 100% due to the incompetence of your departments.

I am considering public and legal avenues to resolve this as the avenues that should work are not.
