ZERO SECURITY, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

Have had some random person from Discovery Bank deduct money from my Standard Bank account for +-5 years without my consent because Standard Bank recycles account numbers without clearing preset debit orders.

When I tried to solve the problem, Standard Bank sends me to deal with Discovery. Discovery is worse than f***ing useless(No exaggeration, the worst institution I have dealt with ever and I worked for the government). I'm left with a R18000.00 loss.

ZERO SECURITY from Standard bank. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY from anyone.
