I spoke to a consultant named Toto, I gave him every copy of address I had including my rental statement of account but he obstinantly refused to assist us. I requested to speak with the manager Marcelle who was ostensibly obnoxious and unreceptive, she demanded me to hand over all the documents I had otherwise she was not going to give me her business card. Marcelle and Toto work like programmed machine, they show neither sense of ownership and accountability nor problem solving skills. I then filed a complaint to the following e-mail : [Email Removed] but I have not heard from any for 3 weeks now. This is most poor and pathetic service ever.
