I app**** for a further loan on my existing bond on the 7th of August, signed the lawyer's documents on the 9th of September, and have been waiting for the lawyers and/or the lawyers to speak to each other so that the one can give the other the go-ahead to lodge the title deed at the deeds office, so I can get paid and in turn, can pay the builder who started here a month ago. I have no more airtime and no more patience. After calling, emailing etc, I have had 2 queries being closed, 1 with a confirmation of the change of address??? And the other a copy of the title deed. No one knows what is going on, and while this is all NOT happening, I have a builder who needs to pay his staff. Get it together and stop stuffing around. You are playing with people's lives. 09 Oct 2020, 11:31I want resolution by COB today - I am not going through another week of hanging around for heaven only knows what. Pls, contact me with confirmation that whatever message needs to be given to the attorney, is done so today. I still have to wait for that lot to go and register it at the deeds office, and based on how things are going, it is probably going to be another hurdle, before getting the attorneys to let you know to go ahead and make payment.

I have not received an email from you since you called yesterday, so again I am sitting around waiting for the matter to be resolved. Why can't things just work the way you claim they will. It has to be a long drawn out experience where the customer has to beg for a response or some form of service.
