ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am utterly disappointed with the shocking lack of customer service from Standard Bank - Gezina branch. Despite having a portfolio manager assigned to our organisation, we’ve received no assistance whatsoever. Emails go unanswered, calls are ignored, and the supposed “manager” is unreachable. We’ve even taken the time to visit the branch twice, only to leave with no resolution. How is it acceptable for any bank? It’s beyond frustrating to be ignored despite repeated attempts to get help. Standard Bank’s poor communication and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Customers deserve better, and this level of service is a disgrace.
