ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I received a letter from my employer during lockdown, stating that I would not be receiving a salary, I tried to phone numerous times, and received no assistance with my problem expect to "send an email"

I have sent numerous emails though. To date I have had NO ASSISTANCE FROM STANDARD BANK.

I have had no income for the last 4 months. I have not been able to pay my credit since the end of March.

When I phoned today, once again, I got put through and I had to once again hold and hold and hold. Today was another 15 minutes spent waiting for assistance.

This has been going on for months.
