Zero Customer Service

Having been a STD customer for a few years now I'm deeply disappointed at your service. I filled out the 'open a business account' online form about 4 times and guess what....I still don't have a business account. I was called a few times by people who kept on telling me that I would get a call from the sales department which i did get however that guy was as helpful as a tap in the ocean. Not sure if maybe my business is not good enough or what what maybe I should just leave STD as a whole and find a better home for my affairs.
