ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

In early May2025 my domestics card was swallowed by a Std bank ATM. Money was withdrawn from her HELLO PAISA account. She had done all the necessary affidavits, filling in forms, etc. and only to be advised on Friday 12/09 that her claim was rejected as STD BANK has no trail of the ****** money. Well after over 4 months that is not a surprise! She has lost R 3000, borrowed money to pay her rent and school fees which now has to be paid back. HELLO PAISA just say 'SORRY THEY HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY CAN'. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I want am investigation into the ****** money. Thank you.
