Your verification routine sucks !!
Your verification routine SUCKS !! This morning is the 4th time I have failed my authentication test !!!!!! I am a Prestige Banking client, and I fail my OWN verification. I have been a loyal client of Standard Bank for years now, but I think the time has come for us to part ways. If this is the way you treat you prestige clients, well then what chance do the other lesser mortal have that bank with Standard Bank ?
