Your System Problems, but I'm Treated as a ********?!

<p>please sort this out asap as i am tired of being treated like a ******** who doesn't pay his debts! i actually feel this is completely unwarranted! Less than 1 day after YOUR system problems perceive i haven't paid i get a rude call From Koketso asking me why haven't i paid yet? Surely Standard Bank can conduct its self better than that to its customers? i then call in to advise that i see the debit has been collected and that there must be a problem with your system, to which Clay gave me confirmation that that was the case and that i should not make a payment as they are sorting it out on their side. then next day, before 10:00am i get another 2 sms's advising me to make a payment now! so glad i've moved over most of my banking profile to FNB, as standard bank is just just proves time and time they are useless!</p>
