<p>This is the only branch in S.A where your satisfaction is the main concern. Staff are always friendly and every time you are there for a query they make sure you dont leave with any question unanswered. I was at a queue on the 1st of December, Corne was there to assist and minimise the queue. I was not surprised that I never waited long on a month end because everyone is always efficient not to mention friendly, month end doesnt even feel like month end. Hope all your branches may practise the same standards</p>
