Your business banking is the most horrible thing I have ever had to endure

<p>I opened a business account and I was told that I could give my wife a debit card and keep a cheque card for myself. I went in to ask your ladies to make the intenet banking work on my phone. She did it and made a payment on the phone. One the way home your ***** department phoned me and asked about the payment. I said that I just spent an hour in the bank with the lady and that she made the payment for me to the person and account that I named. He then wanted to varify detils. I refused because I was driving at the time. HE THEN BLACKLISTED MY CHEQUE CARD. I cannot get access to my funds unless I use the debit card which my wife has. THe card has not been issued yet either. I can give you 1000 more reason why I think your systems SUCK. I am closing the account on Monday morning because I think that you are 100% *********** and that your IT systems are absolutely terrible.</p>
