Standard Bank doesn’t even deserve 1 star. It deserves zero. The service at Sandton City is horrible. We’ve been waiting for over 2 hours to be assisted. The stuff is very rude and slow. Standard bank needs to move with the times. I can’t be coming to the branch for small things.

You have lost a loyal customer. I’m moving to FNB
