Your bank is supposed to be in your corner when it comes to disasters!!

<p>So I did an eft for a product in hopes to spoil myself - little did I know the company i was purchasing from with all the wonderful reviews would actually make a duck with my cash. after numerous attemps on my part to try to get in touch with the owner I went to called standard bank on 0 ********** 341 hoping they would assist me with a refund of my money. well - the amount I paid was R250 and the charge to ATTEMPT to do the refund was R290... Really?? after I have been a long time customer? That's the service you willing to provide me with? Why then do i then pay you R100 every month just to keep my account open? I guess for you not to assist me hey? Is there REALLY NO WAY to get my cash back without charging me R290 for YOU TO DO YOUR WORK???? You probably wont respond to this or even bother to read it hey or assist me hey? waaaaaaaaayyy to much effort for standard bank staff to even consider trying to help thier cuustomers hey... but I won't pait all of them with the same brush... There are some phenomenal staff and then there are the ****py ones... </p>
