Your account is closed... NO ITS NOT!!

On 3 June 2015 I went to the Standard Bank branch in Pretoria North to close all my accounts with them. I was assisted by a very professional and friendly lady, unfortunately cant remember her name. I paid all outstanding dept and fees and walked out of there thinking that's it from Standard Bank. Now 3 Months later I still get statements for my garage card I used to have with them and there is outstanding fees and admin costs and because I haven't payed in 3 months some penalty fees also.... <br> This is way I closed my account with them. There staff might be friendly but the service in the background sucks!!! <br>
