You want good service find Estelle

I have now on 2 occassions had excellent service from Estelle. She understands how Std Bank works and finds the best to help you that you walk out satisfied and not wanting to move to FNB. She had to fix a mess from other staff. She does everything professionally. The most amazing thing is she is only casual and not even permanent. Maybe that is answer. Remove permanent staff and let your casual staff go the extra mile.
