You pretend docs aren't clear, takes u 6 weeks

I have never seen something so laughable. When your bank realized it had done just about nothing on my matter for 6 weeks you now start saying resend documents cause you cant read them. No I have to go around finding new docs cause the old ones are now out of date. Really? I may only have two homeloans with you that in total is less than R1mil. But over 3 and 4 year respectably I have paid as per our agreement monthly on time. Never missed a payment. Yet, now you guys have a new issue. You loose my original application. You take 6 weeks to respond and then when you do you give me Olla Letsoalo, gosh, she is just loving this because she gets you waste my time and work me up. She could care less how little she does, she now says the document as illegible but this after 6 weeks of having it. She also asks for things that have been submitted. I even indexed all the documents. How can you do this. Oh yes, it is because your staff could care less and want to drop the weight of the workload so they tell people all sorts of things to keep us running around sending information again and again. Now after six weeks of having the paper work, it is now out of date.Yes, guess that will happen
