You pay you covered but they don't say for how much.

We got broken in on 16 December 16. It was reported to SAPS and a list of ****** property/goods were given. No one ever told us or gave us a policy document stated that certain things like the UPS/VCR for the camera system should be affixed against a wall or floor. So when I enquire about this I was informed about that very quickly. These items was worth R34k. Our Alarm system was tampered with but looked ok according to the security guy however he never tested it and I reported this faulty system 2x already with promises that I would be contacted by him to make arrangements to come and fix it. I have also reported that my rooms door was broken and not replkaced but the back doodr was replaced. I also reported that the fence was not correctly fixed and was assured by the insurance that this would be rectified but to date nothing has happened. The keys was ****** that locks my outbuildings and cupbourds and this was also not replaced. How is it I must pay for theft an additional R750 as the underwriters placed a additional penalty, however I never had a burgalry in the past 20 years I have stayed there. THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND I CANNOT SEE HOW STANDARDBANK CAN WORK WITH SUCH CONTRACTORS.
