You have let me down when i needed you the most!!

<p>I was retrenched in October 2016 and i requested a temporary freeze on my VAF account. The request, which i thought was authorised, i was shocked to then receive a call from the lawyers requesting a location to come fetch my car. I went though the process again of resending the documents (dealing with Itumeleng). It was again authorised in 2017, again i did not receive confirmatio of this authorisation until i went to the bank restart payments only to discover i'm already 2 months in arrears and i need an immediate R13k to bring my account to book . The same happened with my revolving loan where i was threatned with my furniture being reposessed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told to speak to Rochelle, whom i have left serveral messages and no return call. I'm still waiting for the banking details from the other lawyers to resume payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>My standard bank accounts have been so badly handled, it's unfortunate that i'm not able to pay what i need in order to close them, servering ties of over 20 years. I may not be in a position to call the shots, but i've had enough!!</p>
