you can never leave UCounts

I left Standard Bank over 6 months ago. When I first left I called the Ucount call centre and told them to cancel my account. They said I would not need to as their billing would fail since I didn't have an account anymore and it would cancel itself after 3 months. 3 months later I'm still getting smses with promotions and warnings that there is something wrong with my account since I haven't paid. I called again and they said don't worry it's cancelled. <br> <br> 6 months later I keep getting irritating promotion smses and warnings saying I need to contact them as there are issues with my account. I just want my UCount account cancelled and to stop receiving stupid smses
