You bill me to stop a Debit Order but then you pay the stopped Debt Order anyway

You bill me for stopping a Debit Order, long before the debit order was run yet you still pay the stopped Debit Order. Please remind me again what the fee was actually for? - This Debit Order was STOPPED. Unpay it please with reason "PAYMENT STOPPED"! 30 Mar FEE-STOP PAYMENT ## Fee-stop payment - 60.00 30 Mar WWF WWFI ********** 771 Account payment - 150.00
