YOU ARE THE REASON WHY PEOPLE ARE OUT OF JOBS.

Standard bank is the worst bank ever to bank with. My money was deducted from my savings account to an account that I closed off last year already I contacted the to have it reversed back I was told there was going to be a R200 penalty fee for an error that was created by them (apparently when they were doing a system update) it's been 5 days no money in sight. I contacted their ***** department spoke to Tshepo who advised me that since it was deducted by their bank they don't consider it ***** but had it been an individual or a different bank *then* it will be considered *****. I cannot pay my bills because of these *******. Yet when you open up a loan account they are quick to put the money in your account because they stand to gain money from you. Please advise if opening up a case of theft will be the only way I get my money back because I'm prepared to go that route
