Yes please i'm willing to work with standard bank but only if they are willing to work with me.

Good day, I took out a homeloan with Standard Bank in 2011 and payment is deducted from my salary. When the interest rates went up and down I saw they started deducting the extra amount from my absa bank account without asking me but it was ok with me because it was payment for my homeloan. now i have changed banks and i switched all my debit orders except standard bank and they went through. Now standard bank no longer deducts any amount because they refused the switch to my new bank. I am not prepared to do any admin for tha which is running up and down to make them deduct, just as they started deducting from my previous account, they must just start deducting from my new account. At least with my new account i requested them to deduct but it has been 3 - 4 months without them deducting. I dont know if they want me to fall into arrears so that they can repossess my house? Can they please just deduct from the account details i gave them or give me a letter to switch my homeloan to another bank at least.
