Hello peter. I am Syanda Sololo, I made a loan at std bank in 2007/11/09 the amount of R9700 and the contract states that I should repay the amount of R216.00 montly for 72 months. Std bank also stated on the contract that the total repayment amount including interest will be R15 552.00.
In the year 2010 I raised the payment from R216.00 to R250.00 untill December 2013. In August 2013 I went to Std bank branch in Montague gardens Milnerton, I founded out that there is still amount outstanding from the account and when they checked they found that I never skipped any payment in the previous 6 years. They took my ID copy and said they will investigate it. Instead in the mid 2015 I received a call from the lawyers sent by Std bank to collect me.
In 2018 I went to request the statements together with the contract of which I have them in my possession. I also founded out that this account still appear under my name and it is blocking me in my growth and from the 16/05/2019 I approached Std bank ombudsman but still they are busy investigating.
May you please help so that my name can be cleared on trans union? I can forward all the documents on request. My number is ********** 904
