Since we opend the account at Standerd bank we got problems. ***** related. Even without cards or otp settings set correctly money went off our account. We immidiatly comlained about it at our prestige banker whom said she will handel it. Its been almost 3 months now. We got hold of someone high up. He said its likely we are not going to get ou R 34000 back. Because its been more than 2 months. Standard bank has been stalling all this time. Just so they dont have to gove our money back. Wow. This from a renound bank? They are ******* and i will not stand for this. I will be seeing Carte Blanche about this and my layer. I am fed up with this and its time for serious action against standard bank.
