Wrongly debited
I had a staff assist loan with standard bank and I paid it off in August but on the 25th of October they went and deducted the money. I have been calling and visiting the branch for a refund to no avail. I don't know what else to do now

04 Nov 2022, 05:56Standard Bank tried to refund the money, however they short changed me and they put the money on hold its not accessible. Every time I call them they promise to call me back or send an email. Non of the above has happened.
