WRONG POSTAL ADDRESS

Once again I’m NOT shocked by Standard bank staff and their NOAH ARCH SYSTEMS!!!!. I received a statement today 22/3/2022 that my mailing address of my home loan has been changed to an address that I moved from 15 years ago. I contacted standard in Feb 2022, again and was assured that its been resolved, REF NUMBER ***, THIS MATTER HAS BEEN GOING FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS

Seriously check your systems So if a statement is generated.. then all of the sudden the system does amendments, AND CHANGES ADRESS!!!! That is a huge risk and contravening the POPI act. Please check your audit trail on your system and fix my mailing/posting address ASAP And send me proof that its been corrected. MAYBE I NEED TO REFER THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN
