Wrong information given
Called Pimani in the business call center - he quoted R110 for a Bank Code. So we only left R112 in the business account to cover this. Except we were charged R120!!! Your staff do not know the facts. Could have been a bad situation but we were lucky a customer paid in..... Still unnaceptable that your staff are not trained properly.
